Over 40 fintechs from Central, Eastern, and Western Europe have expressed an interest in participating in the Open Banking Hackathon – CEE Edition 2022. At its 4th CEE edition, the 5 days event will challenge team to find solution for open banking addressed to individuals, businesses, and IoT, but also, teams can definitely add other innovative fintech ideas to build value creation applications on top of the battle tested Open Banking data aggregation platform provided by Finqware.
Having the fact that the event is set to be a transformational journey for the participants, all selected teams will experience a five-day networking event, with more than 20 mentors and business experts in depth discussions and 1to1 feedback sessions representing best fintech associations, innovation communities and startup accelerators.
Following the networking benefits, the winners will get a chance at PoC partnerships, special prizes and up to 💸10 000 € in cash and partner benefits.

Over the 4 years of the event, the innovators of Open Banking Hackathon have managed to find the best solution for the open banking and now is the time to new #OBHrs to show their creativity. With the PSD3 on the table of the European Commission as a next step for open banking, more than ever the input of the ones passionate and engaged to facilitate the evolution are awaited to join OBH and be the contributor in a world where the financial landscape is ever-changing.

Open Banking Hackathon has started in 2019 because of the adoption of the PSD by the European Union with the purpose of gathering together the most important fintech key stakeholders in Central and Eastern Europe and the brightest minds to find feasible and innovative solutions for the implementation of open banking.
