LONDON, 4 November 2026: Revolut, the global financial leader with over 80 million retail customers, has today announced the close of its latest fundraising process, establishing a new company valuation of $115 billion USD.
The transaction was led by Glade Brook Capital Partners, Coatue, Durable Capital Partners, T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.*, and Baillie Gifford. Underpinned by strong business fundamentals and rapid expansion into new international markets, the process attracted participation from both long-standing partners and new global investors.
The transaction coincides with rapid business momentum. Since the start of 2026, the company has launched banks in the UK, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand, while securing banking licences in France, Colombia, and Argentina, alongside conditional US charter approval from the OCC. This builds on Revolut’s established European banking operations across 30 EEA markets. The expansion is underpinned by strong financial performance: 2025 revenue grew 46% to $6.0 billion (£4.5bn) and pre-tax profit climbed 57% to $2.3 billion (£1.7bn), expanding pre-tax margins to 38%.
This milestone underscores Revolut’s global momentum as the company scales toward its long-term goal of serving over 100 million active customers across more than 100 countries.
Nik Storonsky, CEO & Founder of Revolut, commented: “Every bank we launch means more people get a better way to manage their money, wherever they live. Our team makes that happen, and employee ownership has been central to our culture from day one. That’s why we’ve once again given them the chance to share in the value they’ve created, as we work towards our next milestone of serving 100 million customers.”
Victor Stinga, CFO of Revolut, said: “The milestones achieved this year have been several years in the making. They allow us to strengthen our digital banking proposition in our core markets and pave the way for it reaching millions more customers beyond Europe. The confidence of our investors, both existing and new, reflects Revolut’s unique opportunity to build the first truly global bank.”
