(Event takes place in London)
London 15th August 2022 – Many consider Houston, Texas to be the home of everything related to Outer Space. However, in September the who’s who of global space will descend on a small town just West of London. Space-Comm Expo will host a high-profile list of Space stalwarts. But, if you can’t make it to Farnborough, there will be an event held in the heart of Canary Wharf, London, too. An event where you can find out which companies are taking Web3 to Outer Space.
The event takes place on Tuesday the 6th of September at 17.30 in the DLT Lounge, located on 3 Muirfield Crescent, London.
You can register here.
The organizers have announced that the in-person event will take place on the 6th of September where attendees will be able to hear from companies like SpaceChain, Copernic Space or Cudos. Supported by Media Partner DisruptionBanking, the event is free to register. But spaces are limited so ensure you register as soon as possible.
Topics that the speakers will cover will include:
- Web3 as the economic infrastructure for space
- Use cases for Blockchain in Outer Space
- How to buy, utilize, and trade the first space assets
- Investing in the space economy
- How Web3 is helping space exploration
So, if you are an investor looking at the ‘Space’ and Web3 sectors. A startup or space company, a developer trying to find new ideas for addressing business needs. Or just fascinated by the topic. Be sure to come along.
The event will be hosted at the DLT Lounge in London’s Canary Wharf. DLT Lounge is the UK’s leading web3 innovation hub.
Grant Blaisdell, Co-founder and CEO of Copernic Space said, “The UK is investing a lot into space and we think London will play a big role in financing space…We look forward to sharing how our Web3 Platform is bringing ownership in space into the mass economy with partners such as SpaceChain, Lunar Outpost, and Cudos.“
“Bringing Web3 solutions to space projects has been one of the areas we have been developing at Cudos Network. When it comes to the leading-edge technologies that space will need, Cudos has been developing this area. We hope to increase the exposure to space projects in conjunction with our partners,” added Matt Hawkins, CEO of Cudos.
“The progress in space technologies that we are seeing is phenomenal. Harnessing the power of Web3 within our projects has brought the idea of Outer Space one step closer to reality. The eco-system and the related stakeholders are a key part to all our space goals. Developing and encouraging this ecosystem remains a priority for SpaceChain.” Cliff Beek, CEO of SpaceChain explained.
Space projects are gaining momentum. Although many innovators are exploring the metaverse currently, there are a select few who are looking at the universe. The universe that is Outer Space. Be part of the ecosystem. Register your place today, free.
