DisruptionBanking is proud to have had our very own Fiona McFarlane host the panel at the China – Britain AI Summit on June 21st, where delegates from China and Britain met with Artificial Intelligence experts and leading companies in the sector to focus on cross-border collaboration and trade.
China’s “Next Generation Artificial Intelligence Development Plan” has put it on the path to becoming a world leader in artificial intelligence. In the UK the AI market has seen fast growth over the last few years, with an increasing number of new start-ups in this area, making it also one of the leaders in the sector.
This was a unique event bringing together Chinese and British expertise in the field of AI. Attendees heard keynote talks and panel discussions on the current AI landscape in both countries, the latest technological innovations with their applications, and ethics surrounding AI use.
