It’s only been a few days since Jamie Dimon‘s rant to Gen Z employees at JP Morgan. And the fallout continues since the discussion started. This is in sharp contrast to the move to empathy and design thinking we saw when COVID started. It’s how others like Revolut are responding that matters for many talented young professionals on the job market. Imminently, Revolut opens its new headquarters, but employees can work hybrid. There is no return to the office policy as we have seen with many other leading financial institutions and tech companies.

Revolut supplied DisruptionBanking with an internal memo from Nik Storonsky stating how the leading Fintech is doubling down on hybrid. He says: “we care more about what you do than where you do it,” unlike other players pushing for full-time office returns.
